ABOUT THE MENU
The Seven Sisters Menu is an ode to the little-known seven states of India where the food and culture is unique, and distinct from the rest of the country.

PHILOSOPHY: Washoku
Much like in Japanese culture, the indigenous people of the seven sister states of Northeast India seek balance and harmony in flavour and in the progression of a meal. Food is cooked in a way that maximizes natural flavours of the ingredients.
